Basting ingredients have added deep inside the turkey meat. This turkey has been pre-seasoned. Keep refrigerated until ready to roast. If legs are held by a metal clamp, push down on legs one at a time to release. Remove neck and giblets from the body and neck cavities. Stuff if desired. Roast legs in clamp. Roast at 325° F with Pop-Up Timer Button visible. Check Pop-Up Timer occasionally near the end of cooking period. Center Stem pops out when done. If desired, place foil tent over turkey. Remove foil for last 60 to 90 minutes for browning. Remove Pop-Up Timer gauge and unclamp legs before carving.
